In order to best help you manage through these trying times, we have developed a Customer Assistance Program designed to provide solutions that meet your unique needs.
There are several tools within our Customer Assistance Program designed to help you manage through your unique situation. If you are looking for help, please know we are here for you. Loan Protection Plans
If you chose to enroll under a Loan Protection Plan when you obtained your easyfinancial loan, you may be eligible for benefits in the event of injury or sickness, involuntary unemployment, critical illness, or death.2
Payment Deferrals
If you need to temporarily defer a payment to provide you with some immediate financial relief, we can help. Contact your local branch for details.
Term Extensions
If you are looking for help to reduce the amount of your payments, extending the term of your loan may help you reduce the amount of your payments to better fit your current budget.

How we’re working to keep you safe

Daily Screening
Daily COVID-19 pre-screening completed by every employee prior to the start of every shift.

Physical Distancing
An open-door policy where we are now accepting walk-ins in a controlled setting to ensure physical distancing requirements are met.

Capacity Limits
Increased customer access in our stores and branches to allow for up to a maximum of 4 customers in a branch and 10 customers in a store at any one time.

Protective Equipment
Where there is a municipal bylaw related to mandatory face coverings, all employees must wear a face covering when interacting with a customer

I have been a customer of yours and now I need a new loan or increase offer, will you provide lower interest rates given what is happening with COVID-19?
Our rates are based on a customer’s credit history and their ability to afford the monthly payments of their loan. We are committed to offering each of our customers a personalized rate based on their credit profiles. Upon successful repayment, we also reward many customers with interest rate reductions as part of our program to try and help them graduate back to prime.
